2023 NOI – Public Notice

NOTICE OF STORMWATER DISCHARGE

The following jurisdiction, Town of Michiana Shores, LaPorte County, Indiana 601 El Portal  Drive, Michiana Shores, Indiana 46360 intends to discharge stormwater into the following  watershed:

Receiving WatersHydrologic Code 12 HUC
Lake Michigan040400010102
White DitchRegulated Drain
And is submitting a Notice of Intent (NOI) letter to give notice to the Indiana Department of  Environmental Management (IDEM) that the Town of Michiana Shores does intend to comply  with the Indiana Code requirements of 327 IAC 15-13 to discharge stormwater run-off  associated with Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4)
