Recycling

Our recycling service is managed and provided by LaPorte County Solid Waste. If they miss a pick-up, or for any recycling issues, please call them at 1-800-483-7700 to resolve the issue.

Recycling is generally picked up every other Tuesday. See the complete list of recycling pickup dates in the recycling calendar which can be downloaded here.

NOTE: Have your recycling bin at the curb by 6:00am! They start early in Michiana Shores.

For electronics or other household items, LaPorte County Recycling has specific dates for household hazardous waste drop-offs at alternating locations at the LaPorte County Fairgrounds or Marquette Mall. See this page on their website for dates, times, and accepted items.
